In order to run a worthy business, one must run an honest business; a business that is grounded in ethics and morals. ODL is family-owned with its roots established in the early 80’s by the late Dr. Lawrence Wright, who was a progressive orthodontist that started his career in the early 60’s. Jim Wright, the founder and president of ODL, took the wisdom of his father to start what is now a successful orthodontic lab. The journey has been filled with leadership, hard work, faith, humility, and confidence. It was realized early on that if one maintains a moral, ethical, and faith-filled business, it would advance toward success. And is has.
A philosophy of integrity is the foundation of this company. ODL produces a great product at a reasonable price in a timely manner. The mission of old, focusing on the values of love and compassion for the patient, as did Dr. Larry thrives today.
