Michael Wright has been with Orthodent Lab for over 15 years. As Jim's son, he started out as driver for pick-ups and deliveries. Through years of training, he has gained the expertise and competency in all fields of appliance fabrication.

He obtained a Bachelor in Business Administration from Medaille College in Buffalo N.Y. and uses his skills as a technician, combined with his management abilities to maintain the highest level of quality for all production.

He focuses on training each employee to their highest potential, and researches new and innovative ways to improve our product line. He has also instituted quality control and assurance techniques throughout the lab to maintain their quality. Michael sees every case that comes in and adjusts every case before it goes out.
