Prescribing a digital model is easy! Just follow these quick steps:

Login to your easyrx account from Orthodent Lab's website or by navigating to www.easyrxortho.com. If you do not have one, call the lab at 800-837-1552 to set one up.

Click the patient tab to either create a new patient or view an existing patients profile.

Once in the patients profile, you can create a new prescription.

You will be taken to the prescription workspace. From here, click on the study model tab under the canvas and choose which type digital model you would like and you can also add an analysis report for $13.00 which includes tooth width analysis, bolton analysis, and a space analysis.

The next step is to proceed to checkout and fill out the necessary information.
- On the checkout page, print out the prescription and send it with your impressions or models to be scanned. If sending impressions, please use disposable. If a tray is requested to be returned, there is a $1.00 surcharge per tray plus an additional shipping fee
You will know the scan is available when you receive an invoice via email which will indicate the patients name and what type of model was ordered. When the scan is ready, search for the patients profile within the patient tab in your easyrx account. You will see all you scans, files, photos, and prescriptions for that particular patient all located in one convenient area. To view the the scan you must have the 3d viewer installed which can be downloaded from the link below.
Be sure to download the 3d viewer user manual for help with the installation and a walkthrough of the viewer. Once installed you are able to click the study model file and the viewer will automatically open the models.
