Welcome to Clearlign. An orthodontic aligner system that is affordable and accurate providing great results. ODL has been moving, shifting, twisting, and turning teeth for over 20 years. We have designed a system that can compete with the "big guys" with minor to moderate correction of the anterior section. The best part: It is a fraction of the cost compared to the leading competition.
So what is it? It is a set of clear aligners that are sequenced to provide correction to anterior teeth. Each tray provides typically .5 mm of movement per tooth and at times will require IPR from the clinician, with a maximum amount of 2.5 mm of correction. If more correction is needed, we will accomodate the 2.5 mm maximum case movement, and when treatment of the trays are complete, we will request a new impression to evaluate the progress and construct a treatment plan for finishing trays. This may result in a sequence of clear trays consisting of 1-8 trays which may be broken up into segments to monitor treatment.
We have an easy to read color coding system that most are familiar with with the reference card below:
- Green means Go (depending on how many trays, multiple green dots may appear on the aligner for identification)
- Yellow means we are about to stop (tray after the green dot sequence)
- Red means stop (our final finishing tray)
How to prescribe your Clearlign Aligners
Prescribing a clearlign is easy by following these simple steps:
- Login into your easyrx account by clicking the login button at the top of ODL's website. If you have not obtained an account, please call 800-837-1552 to have your account created
- Next, click on the patient tab at the top of your screen and you can either search for an existing patient or create a new patient
- You can then click the "create prescription" button
- You will be taken to the workspace where you will then click on the "clearlign" tab under the canvas
- Fill out the necessary information and click the "proceed to checkout" button
- Fill out a couple logistical items such as the location and the date needed
- On the confirmation page, you will print out the prescription and sent it with your impressions or hard models
