Fixed retention holding appliances are used to maintain space and aid in the guidance and development of primary and permanent dentition. Appliances, such as our bonded 3-3 lingual, 3-3 with a bonding tray, and the Krause appliance are used to maintain the finish, but remain hidden on the lingual.
